Small Curly Maple Cutting Board

This lozenge shaped board is a good size for cutting and serving snacks like cheese and cured meats . . . we should come up with a fancy word for that! It's made of curly maple that I acquired from a cabinetmaker who couldn't bring himself to throw away the short ends of boards left over from making cabinet doors. I will be including a few items made from this intensely curly maple in batches of various products these coming months. This one measures 12 and 1/8 inches long, 10 and 3/8 inches wide, and 3/4 inch thick. Finished with three coats of polymerized linseed oil.
